Bill Bubel joined Howard Group in June 2008 and is Vice President of Operations for the company. He is responsible for leading the property teams and overseeing all aspects of property management for Howard Group including operations and contractors, financial reporting, marketing, tenant and customer relations. He works closely with the leasing, tenant coordination and construction departments as Howard Group moves forward with new tenant opportunities and future developments.

Mr. Bubel comes to Howard Group with over 20 years of experience including specializing in client relationships, tenant and customer relations, financial management, regional and local leasing, marketing, construction management and much more. For the previous nine years, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Retail, the largest third-party shopping center manager of more than 100 different properties. Jones Lang LaSalle Retail is a division of Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate money management and services firm with over 600 shopping centers.

Mr. Bubel’s many accomplishments throughout his career include a Merit Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) Maxi program, an international marketing competition that recognizes excellence in shopping center marketing, for a specialty leasing program. He also has earned his Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certification.

Since his arrival to Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast five years ago, Mr. Bubel has been an active member of various civic and community organizations, serving on the board of directors of local chambers and convention visitors bureaus.  He resides in Niceville, Florida along with his wife, Susan, and his two sons, Brad and Brandon.
