John Heiser is Executive Vice President of Howard Group and is responsible for all aspects associated with the development and operations of Howard Group and its associated properties, Silver Sands Factory Stores and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin®. This includes management of the development and operations of the existing properties as well as the strategic business planning, implementation and development of future acquisitions and projects. He is directly responsible for creating a framework that will support and accelerate the anticipated growth of the company.

Mr. Heiser has twenty-five years of experience in all facets of resort real estate development including acquisitions, master planning, design, development and construction. Prior to joining Howard Group, he served as Regional Vice President of Intrawest, a world leader in destination resorts and leisure travel, where he guided the strategic planning for acquisitions and master planning in the southeast region. He has also served as President and CEO of Heiser and Associates, a development and project management company he established in Plano, Texas.
