Judith Williams joined Howard Group as Director of Development in October, 2007. Her focus has been the design, entitlement and budgeting of new projects in Silver Sands Factory Stores and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin®, including a 225-room hotel with extensive conference and spa facilities.

Mrs. Williams previously led the development team responsible for the creation of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a highly acclaimed, signature Intrawest Village located in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®. 

With a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, Mrs. Williams earned a PhD in European History from the University of North Carolina and a Masters of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University.  She is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects.  She has chaired the Walton County Scenic Corridor Design Review Board, which reviews projects within the main commercial corridor in South Walton, and currently serves on the board of directors for the local Scenic Corridor Association.
