With over 17 years at Howard Group, William Joseph “Bill” Bubel has been instrumental in driving operational excellence across the company’s diverse portfolio. As Vice President of Operations, Bill oversees the management of retail, restaurant, office, warehouse, and marina properties. His hands-on approach ensures that every detail—from maintenance to tenant satisfaction—meets the highest standards of quality and care.
Bill’s extensive background in property management includes roles at nationally recognized organizations, where he led redevelopment projects, stabilized distressed properties, and enhanced tenant relationships. A Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) with decades of experience in real estate, financial oversight, and tenant coordination, Bill has been vital in transforming Grand Boulevard Town Center into one of the Southeast’s premier destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
After attending Valley Forge Military College and Widener University, Bill’s passion for solving challenges and improving systems reflects his unwavering commitment to the success of Howard Group and its communities.
