Jacob Fish
With decades of experience in large-scale real estate development, Jacob Fish brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Executive Vice President of Development at Howard Group. Since joining in 2022, Jacob has been instrumental in driving new development opportunities that align with Howard Group’s legacy of innovation and excellence.
Previously, Jacob led transformative projects, including the launch of SweetBay, one of Florida’s largest urban infill developments, turning a former airport into a vibrant master-planned community. He also played a pivotal role in advancing key large-scale infrastructure projects and attracting Southwest Airlines to Northwest Florida. Jacob holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jacob is dedicated to service. He is the founder and former chairman of University Academy, a top-performing charter school, and has served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity of Bay County, and as a leader with his church.
