Lisa Bastian joined Howard Group in 2014 as a Staff Accountant and has steadily advanced to become Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Lisa is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting, while ensuring the company’s financial processes are executed with accuracy, transparency, and precision.
Lisa’s career reflects her resilience and commitment to professional growth. While raising two young children, she returned to school, earned her BSBA in Accounting from the University of West Florida, and achieved her CPA certification, all while maintaining full-time work. This dedication has shaped her into a leader who values perseverance and excellence.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lisa has given back to her community by serving as a volunteer treasurer for local youth soccer programs and other organizations she cares about.
