With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate law, Meredith Neese has been a vital part of Howard Group since 2019. As Paralegal and Lease Administrator, she drafts and finalizes leases, renewals, and amendments, while meticulously managing the company’s portfolio of commercial agreements.
Meredith thrives on building strong relationships with tenants throughout the lease negotiation process, finding joy in seeing their visions come to life. Known for her detail-oriented approach and collaborative spirit, she values the team-oriented culture at Howard Group and is dedicated to delivering excellence in her role.
Meredith is also a committed member of the Van R. Butler Elementary PTO, a Board Member for Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and serves in the children’s ministry at Good News Church.
