Before joining the Howard Group, Susan served as Branch Manager at Tyndall Federal Credit Union, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and leadership. Her ability to foster a professional and welcoming environment is key to maintaining Howard Group’s exceptional workplace culture.
Susan’s dedication to service extends beyond the workplace, as she actively volunteers with local animal shelters and loves to spoil any four legged visitors that swing by the office.
